We provide full time placements, contract/hourly placements and a contract-to-hire option as well.  For full time placements, we offer 3 options:  #1 is the standard for most recruiting firms, but as the percentage drops, the terms change:

1. 20% of the candidate’s annual salary with a 90-day guarantee **
2. 15% of the candidate’s annual salary with a 30-day guarantee
3. 10% of the candidate’s annual salary paid immediately after hire with no guarantee

** If you choose a Contract-to-Hire situation then only option #1 is available for this arrangement

For consultants (hourly employees), we charge $10 per hour for every hour they work (separate checks go to us and the consultant on a weekly, bi-monthly or monthly schedule depending on how you payroll).

We prefer to conduct our search first. If we submit any candidates you’d like to interview, you can then choose an option, sign a fee agreement and we can commence the interview process.
